Barley and Hops is hosting a late night Happy Hour and offer everyone with a completed passport a 4 cent house beer. There will also have raffles and give aways – including Frederick-area brewery paraphernalia such as tee-shirts, hats, and other items. Redeem your passport with whatever stamps you accumulated during the week for raffle tickets!
